Blue 60 Fire Rated Frame Foam 750ml - Gun Grade

Blue 60 PU Foam is a high-quality, single-component, moisture-curing foam designed for sealing applications requiring robust fire resistance in timber doorsets. It has been rigorously tested to BS-EN 1634-1 & BS476-22 in full-size single and double doorset configurations, guaranteeing its performance with gaps from 7mm up to 30mm. Its unique formulation achieves a fire rating of up to 60 minutes without requiring any additional mastics or sealants, simplifying installation and ensuring compliance. Beyond its fire-stopping capabilities, the foam also delivers excellent acoustic insulation up to 43dB (depending on the full doorset configuration), making it a comprehensive solution for frame installation in both timber and metal stud partitioning.

Blue 60 foam must be used in conjunction with Blue 60 Fire Rated Packers that gives up to 60 minutes fire protection to timber doorsets without requiring additional mastics or sealants.
