  I have made two purchases over the past few weeks, once online and secondly via phone. I found the website easy to navigate and prices very competitive. On my first order I forgot an item and had to phone the sales desk and request an addition to my order. On both occasions my orders were dealt with in an extremely professional and efficient manor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shawfield Timber.

  I required material for a decking project. The website is excellent, but the inside customer help is even better. They take time to make sure that you have everything to complete your project.

  Kept me informed by both email and telephone about what was happening and the delivery. The lorry arrived as estimated really helpful driver from Glasgow wasn't too sure what he was saying all the time but nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to do business with I am glad Scotland didn't become independent with firms like yours. Thank you
